Directions - Description - This
place is the construction worker simulator - Some of the down hills make you
feel like you are using an industrial jack-hammer. Not too many
technical rock sections, just a zillion little rocks that vibrate any loose
parts of your bike. The trail un-maintenance water bars are HIGHLY
RE-focking dickulouse here.. (and I though a water bar was a swim
up bar in the islands where you can get a tropical drink loaded with
RUM)... Someone is getting a little carried away with trail
work. Some of them were good launches, but mainly they are a
nuisance - your neck and shoulders will be sore in 2 days. Many
trails here are closed to bikes and I assume they are the good technical
ones. Some horizontal planks to ride and a couple large tree
crossings were the only real highlights.. The red ridge trail is the
equivalent of riding on the edge of a ruffled potato chip.. At the
very least its a nice area that will give you a great workout.
