MA - Trail of Tears - Cape Cod - Mountain Bike Trail Review with Map and Pictures |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Directions - From rte 6 east bound (and gagged), take exit 5, then LITERALLY 50 ft take
another right (not trail of tears sign - no joke), travel like another 50 ft and
park under the power lines. Ride past yellow gate and take an immediate
left onto single track, then bear left at first fork, from here I suggest taking
the most worn in route, or just take random lefts and rights, the place is small
so your never very far from the power lines (escape route).. Warning -
although an easy ride for some reason this place is jinxed and many have ended
up in the hospital - I think they must have fallen asleep on the trail or
something - Good luck.

Description - Category - Beginner (although many people have died here) tinge of intermediate.. Except if you just had a huge barbeque of dollar off meat. 100% single track (ok some fire roads), but mainly swooping roller coaster type smooth as my ass trails with no technicalities. There is maybe 4 extra curricular rocks worth visiting in the whole place, but still a fun ride, some good hills. If you want tech's go to Otis. There is a nice deck in the middle of these trails if you would like to nude sunbath or have a freaking picnic.. A couple of new trails, semi stunts, rollers and drops have appeared.. Helmets off to whoever is doing this fine work.. If you want buff single-track, with insane cardio, couple of techs go here.. Pre-ride Music:
