Directions - Just use google Description - A variety of terrain can be found in this area. The trails nearest the parking area are not very hilly, some rocks, some single track, some double track. Past the ymca camp, the trail gets steep, rocky, fun with great views and even some climbable rocks (if you brought ropes).. Watch out for kids, they get caught in the spokes very easily.. If you take the short out and back spur to rte 42 there is a really nice rock garden - hammer time!!! Red blue has a nice off camber gully trail that is not very well ridden, but not too wacky to ride.. ***** I was just informed that the blue trail and the blue red in the area of rte 42 are closed to mountain bikers, this makes this ride USELESS. I did not see any no bikes signs but they are probably there if you ride with your eyes open. Please respect the wishes of the park ranger. Can't we all just get along?? I left the trails on the map in case some of you wish to roller blade or ice sKate on them.. Pre-ride Music: |
