Salmon River - Focker, shake and I decided to hit some vaguely familiar terrain at S.R. and maybe do some exploring..  On the way my passengers were amused by the daner down hill sign right before we were on 2 squeeling wheels.  Once focker was done exposing himself next to the roadway, we set off to the rr bed.  50 feet into the singletrack we run into Tubeless todd - So we took a U-turn and he was nice enough to give us an impromptu tour of his stomping grounds..  Nice single track - to power lines - to downhill which ended up at some abandoned cars in some guys back yard - Honey - were home - (hey its Todds house!!), Down the road to Comstock bridge, our leader energized and fearless as always..  Nice trail along the river, Gary gets stung by 3 bee's - while cleaning the hill.  The trail goes up - forever - Nice climb - mark is in mount everest walking mode - focker charges ahead - Nice slick rock section, cool rocks - one nice 3 foot drop, one 10 ft boulder for you know who (AJ).  To the see saw - Fockers First (well since he was a child), 3rd times a charm - TT - rides it like a champ..  Onward, more cool terrrain, back to power lines, back to bridge, to TT's house of cars - "come on shake its all downhill back to the car" - we find more new trails - shake sees a snake, his legs are like jelly so if he drops dead gary and I will have something to spread on our Dunkin Donuts croisants..  Back home I try the R.R. tie 3 times and fail Le' Miserable' - Its dark, ride home we see bats.  Nice focking ride - 11 miles 1500 vertical!!  Thanks again Todd!!

"On Valet"  Falls - Only 5 showed up when they heard MF was coming, Mad dog, brick, mf, TT, and me - plus two stragglers, plus 2 more straglers - hence 5-7-9..  It was nice to have a small group for a change - no offense..  Great pace - Mad dog middle ringing it (just for fun), Brick had  leaky bladder, and I am riding the newly renovated pukecycle with 5"x7" travel (yes its like a photo)..  Past the trials - to sick downhill - Gonzo 100' ramp has rolled over and is unrideable - too bad as we were all planing to ride it..  Up the loose dirt - we all collide - any lines a good line!  Down fockers stream crossing, down again - up forever blue - Brick was everybody, saw god (or was it a bikini model apparition?), finally making it up the hill we run into White Strappless Helmet Guy and Devine klein dude - They join us for Gnarly downhill - What a showing despite my warnings - everyone rode it, most cleaned it, the new comers crashed a bit..  Over to soup can yellow Mad dog cleans it in middle, the new guys break a chain, but catch up to us due to excessive gabbing - to up - chuck lunge - To sweet downhill tech section..  Back on mystery trail - hike a bike up to hell (2 more guys) - I find a bushwack trail - to dounble track to fire road - to trails - One more for me - many succesfull dismounts - (is that an oxymoron!?)  Back to the car in the dark!  Nice ride  qote of the ride BRICK " I have a tube and a tool"  - Sound like a birth defect to mE!?

Rating - 4.5 vampire style glumpkies - thats 4.5 barbequed bat's stuffed with bee's, breaded-worms and sautéed snake heads, garLICK, slice em up and serve like a stuffed flank stake - I suggest a blood red whine and toe-cheese-cake for dessert.  Oh hey - you can serve the bat WINGS for an appetizer too!
