Crash test (wearing crash test dummy shirt), crash and burn gave me (pukemaster)
a cool tour of nepaug!  CAB crashed 50 ft from the car on a downhill and I was 
pissed he didnt warn me (and my camera)..  Up some cool techs, drops to bushwack
uturn (im right at home), first nemesis rock garden I almost impress crashes with 
some hopping cant seem to get it up the rock (excuse #25).  CT makes it after several tries on
the insane line (we have video posted on bikerag), plus an awesome pics of CAB
crashing - then we made him do some pushups (see pics!).. Onward, we keep runnning into this 
group that knows insanity is in the air..  To the lookout, to the drops, both 
crashes make the big one, crash makes the gonzo insane one - again video!!  Just
warming up for wed at Valley falls..  To the big rock, to the lonnnng downhill, 
back on some fire roads that go UP, talks of evil (road biking), more singletrack
to jump (nice air), home in one sweaty piece.

XXX Rating  - Jackass 4 egg homlett - Instructions scrable 4 eggs, drink (gulp,
gulp, gulp), grate 1/2 stick of cheese, put atop green pepper (eat - munch munch
munch), dump some salt and peppa down your throat, add milk, some mushrooms,oil
now try to climb the hardest hill at nassahegon, puke your guts out into a  hot
frying pan, regain your composure, flip, serve with toast and coffee, good to 
the last chunk.  I make these all the time, thats how I stay thin!!
