Time to take some pills after many spills at tyler mill
Lights, No camera, plenty of action - Fast small group - A pair of crash bros (in the Crash test mobile - RUmor has it the crash and burn pickup was injured while driving the slickrock at case - the moral of the story - never let someone who wears a crash test dummy shirt borrow your car).. anyway , a pair of todds and the king and queen of puke.. Field to "bob's trail" where is neil? Gulp!- Lots of leaves make hills entertaining! Out on "tight rope" - exposed rock ridge. To technical downhill im already taking a trip over the bars, but jumped out of the way in time to witness CB's classic over the bar, into 2 small tree experience - poor trees - they saved him, a couple nice soft rocks broke my fall. To the road where we see many eager hunters dressed like my helmet, wielding large guns, comforting to know we have protection. #11 red crash's - to the maze, I witness another #11 red crash as I slide down some gnarly rock leave root section with one foot in, one foot out - no this is not the hokey pokey.. Crash riding me hard as always.. Step up hill, I clean with an audience of easily impressible bikerag fans.. Later #11 cleans it.. See saw, say no more - Crash bros clean it - amazing!! TO the little maze - great pace - cant shake em! I see a nice ramp but dont want to pull a brick. Good spot for a grave! To andrews trail (12.5 walls) - Raft bridge - #11 spills, but like a trooper gives it another shot and makes it. PMD not used to the sweeper position is nursing office work syndrome injuries. Speaking of sweeping we could have used lawn boy last night with his new leaf blower attachment. TO the 1/2 moon, intersection I ponder taking any trail but the trail ahead of us, had a really bad feeling about the trail!! NO joke.. So WHile Im trying talk some sense into the group, Evil Todd rides ahead snap crakle pop, I am the last to reluctanty follow, and manage to do a great job of finding the steepest embankment to fall down, and in the best location where there is a huge stump with jagged blades of splintered wood sticking up, I tumble right over it, land upside down, only being held up by the splinters of bark sticking into my calves - The pain hit me 2 hours later while eating sushi and cry baby hot and sour soup with PMD. Onward we are now pondering every intersection, even intersections that do not exist. We skip the shale crap, and I lead with Evil Todds bastard in training style suggestions - "left!" - left? "left" left? etc.. Up hill, we finally take a right bushwack, leafy deadly downhill - too much fun, lots of hootin and hollerin.. Stream crossing, to grannys trail, I whipe out for no apparent reason but to say hello to mr ground, to gully (CT cleans! - I cleaned it in my younger days earlier this summer), to knife edge, to red back, more pondering. CT dabs on a 2" stick - finally..
Nice Ride - Ridiculous pace - great makes - better spills - Rating - 5 sharpened #2 pencils, hammered under your fingernails, you now have the task of erasing every mispled word in this recap.
