Directions - From downtown Hood River go
west on Cascade Street. Turn left on Country Club Rd. Go up the hill and
turn right on Post Canyon Rd. Just when the road turns to dirt, park and
look for the obvious but unmarked trailhead. Or if you are going to do
shuttle runs, leave a car there and continue up the dirt road until the very
top to park. |
Description - A stunt park that rivals British Columbia! There are gap jumps, smaller jumps, skinnies, super skinnies, ladder bridges, teeter-totters that all dot the landscape. There are stunts in every direction and some that seem to go on and on and on! The cool thing is that there are varying degrees of difficulty. There are always go-arounds and in between the stunts is beautiful hard-packed singletrack. Something for everybody here. Loops - Get a map from Discover Bicycles or hook-up with the locals. Too many to describe. Family Man is a beginner stunt trail with easy to complicated stunts but close to the ground. Eight Track is a step higher with stunts higher off the ground and going downhill. Snapdragon has gap jumps. The ride in from the bottom has a ton of skinnies…. Pre-ride Music: |
